HJC Design’s founding director Matthew Conley started his career managing the creative design and development program for a major UK lighting manufacturer, before applying this knowledge and skill to HJC design’s own innovation consultancy service. Matthew remains committed to combining the disciplines of product design, making the transition from brief to manufacture quicker and more cost effective whilst staying true to the design intent. He combines the strengths of creative and innovative solutions, grounded in commercial manufacturing reality with sound manufacture and assembly principles.
