Onur Ozkaya (British-Turkish, 1982) started experimenting with furniture and industrial design as an architecture student. His furniture pieces have been focusing on geometry, materials and complex manufacturing techniques to explore alternative ways of living in our built environment. He completed his graduate degree at the Architectural Association, London. He has lived and worked in Europe, mainly in London where he is now based. His recent projects include a broad range of international brands from furniture to architecture. His practice was also awarded Green Rooms, Tokyo design week (2009), Dare to Dream Design Awards in Tokyo (2014) and Silver A Design Award (2015).
