Eco Park 15 Residential House by Ken Thong This semi-detached house is updated with a modern tropical concept that emphasises a warm, laid-back, resort-like ambience. Non-structural walls were removed to create an open space layout, which rectified existing lighting and ventilation issues. The addition of a 6-panel glass ceiling skylight at the living room brightens the interior with natural lighting. Furthermore, tall glass panels are installed in the living and dining area to take advantage of the peaceful garden view on top of expanding the interior visually. Cool urban hues and natural materials complete this sophisticated look.

Panntea Klang Retail Shop by Ken Thong Decidedly bold and revolutionary, this design concept has fashioned a retail outlet in Klang with its very own otherworldly charm designed to captivate the imagination of its patrons while leading them on a journey through time and space. Each design detail has been painstakingly devised to introduce a dramatic aesthetic through the use of juxtaposition aimed at evoking emotions from its patrons as they interact with the space.

Eco Sanctuary 48 Residence by Ken Thong Inspired by the the stylish grandeur of a gentlemen's club, the luxurious vintage appeal of this design has transformed this residential space into a cozy, laid-back garden-home that doubles as a tasteful entertaining venue for social gatherings to cater to the family's needs. Each space is interconnected with the inclusion of floor-to-ceiling glass panels, resulting in a spacious open layout that boasts of an abundance of natural lighting, paired meticulously with choice decorative details to evoke a sense of sophistication that is worthy of its resort-like atmosphere.

Cubiq House 12 Residential Building by Ken Thong As this home is surrounded by natural park and landscape, we devised a nature-inspired design that features comfortable urban hues and warm wood textures to capture the rejuvenating vibe of its surroundings. The majestic wooden ceiling feature is sure an eye-catcher for the common area to maintain visual connectivity in each space, while the grand double-volume ceiling ensuring that every corner is being illuminated with a healthy amount of natural light.

Hermosa 21 Terrace Villa by Ken Thong Set on a private estate in the Eco Sanctuary, the cleanliness and lively palette of this 2,741 sq ft nature-inspired terrace villa embodies its owners' relaxing lifestyle. The neutral-hued urban home feature invigorating pops of colors and shapes in the form of paintings and modern furnishings, as well as different textures and materials to create interesting layers to capture the rejuvenating vibe of its surroundings in style and comfort as the soft and natural design blurred the lines between interior and exterior.

Soo's 78 Residence by Ken Thong Project Soo's 78 is a calm and timeless home designed with a slow living philosophy for a retired mother. Major makeover transforms this 20 year old terrace house into a delicate stylish home that emphasizes openness, lightness, and functionality. The design team's focus on the design was to ensure that the overall space has sufficient natural light, greenery landscape, as well as uninterrupted air flow throughout the entire home to provide an elderly-friendly living space with a warm, cozy and serenity atmosphere.
