An Architect turned Jewelry designer, Harsha works passionately to create beautiful wearable art that conveys a story
through design.

Harsha shifted her career from Architecture to Jewelry when she realized her passion for Jewelry. Since then, she has been working in the fashion jewelry industry in India. Though India has very few fashion jewelry brands, she has been fortunate to have worked with the best.

She feels that as a designer she is evolving each day, with the help of new projects, meeting new people, and seeing and discovering new materials. She believes that each day is a new beginning and there is something new to learn and look forward to.

Though a jewelry lover, she does not enjoy wearing jewelry (which is weird, haha). She would rather enjoy it on other people and love the feeling of joy others experience while they are adorned with the jewelry designed by her.

She aims to collaborate with global brands and leave a mark in the fashion industry.
Eventually, she looks forward to launching her own brand. She believes that a person's work is what should speak for them.

Spatial Structural Ring by Harsha Ambady Spatial is a two finger ring designed for everyday wear. The ring is made of 18k gold plated brass and is set with blue and white druzy. An open metal frame structure holds the stone, so that both the stone and the frame receive emphasis. The open form keeps the druzy clearly visible and prevents the metal from dominating the design. The geometric structure follows principles taken from architecture. The contrast between the frame and the shining stone expresses hope and strength. The ring is offered in sizes 6 and 7.

Synthesis Geometric Square Bangle by Harsha Ambady The Geometric Square bangle is reflection of the modern woman of today. It is easy and comfortable to wear. The design has been created using square metal frames placed at different angles, merged towards the main square at the center. The design creates a 3D form and the angles create a pattern. There is a sense of mass and void and the openness of the design depicts a sense of freedom. This form looks like a miniature of a pergola in architecture. It is minimal and clean, yet edgy and statement. The design is created using metal only. Materials used: Brass (gold plated/rhodium plated)

Align Vault Ring by Harsha Ambady The collection takes inspiration from the step well, known as Kolam in Kerala. The geometric layout and symmetric steps contain water reflecting the lush greenery of its surroundings. The design uses clean, bold lines that coil around the smooth cylinder shaped labradorite gemstone. The labradorite has been used here to depict water.

Forme Truss Hoops by Harsha Ambady Forme is a pair of hoop earrings inspired by the frameworks and textures of industrial architecture. The design is built from a simple metal framework that gives each hoop its volume, structure and form. The base metal is brass with 18k gold plating, and every piece is handcrafted. The total dimensions are 31 by 33 by 7 millimetres. The design was sketched and drafted digitally, and a technical sheet was prepared for sampling and production. Careful study of the framework and the metal thickness makes the hoops strong and durable.
