Reckitt Benckiser Office by Ian Hau - XLMS Limited Reckitt Benckiser is an office interior located in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong. The workplace covers an internal area of 290 square meters and was completed in 2019. An open plan layout encourages free movement and provides a gathering space for special events. Meeting rooms, scattered seating areas and smaller work areas offer places to connect or to work quietly. Curved veneer panels and rich floor elements reflect the brand. Height adjustable desks, sound absorbing carpets and ceilings support comfort and well-being.

Mountain Court Apartment Design and Construction by Ian Hau - XLMS Limited Mountain Court Apartment is a residential interior design for a family of four in Homantin, Hong Kong. The original 1985 layout had two bedrooms; the new plan provides three bedrooms and ample storage. An open kitchen supports entertaining and can be enclosed during cooking. A double curve cove ceiling softens the lighting and eases the low ceiling height inherited from the building. Stone flooring at the perimeter mirrors the ceiling to define the living and dining areas. A custom dining table uses an imported material called Forresso, matched to the display shelf backing.
