Leo LinLeo Lin was born into a family in the construction industry and was exposed to spatial design from a young age, gradually developing an interest in it. During college, he studied fashion design and later ventured into fashion and multimedia in graduate school. After entering the industry, he specialized in spatial modeling and 3D design, which allowed him to skillfully use materials, color schemes, and scene construction.
Zoom Design was established in 2014. In Taiwan's design ecosystem, it is like a new shoot striving to emerge from a crack, lacking sufficient nutrients but hoping to grow robustly. The definition of space is of paramount importance to Zoom Design, so constant communication with clients to understand their needs is their most valued process. Putting people first is their unwavering principle. They tailor-make the client's vision of a home, combining the life aesthetics refined over the years by Zoom designers to create timeless and warm aesthetic spaces. With an environmental conservation theme, many recycled pallets were used to create a ship cabin office in transcending the nautical theme into an actual environment. That working is no longer mundanity but a bold endeavor, as the overall design theme was anchored on the symbolism of ships where different parts of the ships amalgamate with various parts of the office. Moonlight at night Interior Design by Leo Lin This residential space is custom-designed exclusively for a married couple, eliminating the need to divide it into multiple rooms during the floor plan. Uses the contrast between black and gold to present the starry night sky. With full moon chandelier placed on the high celling, presents a concept of Chinese poetry of "the white jade plate in the night sky". Redefines the home experience with the concepts of transparency, intelligence, smart functionality, and versatility. Reflective materials makes the mysterious beauty of the moon can be seen everywhere in the room. |
