Shawn Shen, the founder of Fifth Design Studio, has worked in the field of commercial and residential design projects for many years. The design studio's emphasis includes interior, architectural, and exhibition design. His projects have received numerous architecture and construction awards in the U.S. He is passionate about structure, space, art, and music. His design philosophy involves two core elements. First, finding a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Second, reflecting the core value and culture of his clients. Most importantly, his projects strive to inspire and uplift.

Seed Music Academy Children Learning Center by Shawn Shen “Nurture by love” is the mission statement of Seed Music Academy. Each child is like a seed, who, when nurtured with love, will grow into a majestic tree. The green grass carpet representing the academy is the ground for children to grow. A tree-shaped desk outlining the expectation for children to grow into a strong tree under the influence of music, and the white ceiling with rounded green leaves depicting the branches and fruits of love and support. The curved glass and walls symbolize another significant meaning: children are embraced by the love of their parents and teachers.
