NYC Deal Brand Identity by Chi Hao Chang NYC Deal is a brand identity created for a 99 cent store in New York City. The identity centers on a bold price tag set at an angle, recalling the dangling movement of tags that customers reach for and steady before reading. The tilted tag makes the single price of 99 cents the clearest message of the brand. Supporting elements refer to the products sold in the store. Printed materials use digital laser printing, while tote bags, shirts and other fabric items use screen printing for durable inks.
