Deuz Prefab Cabin by Alexandru Zingaliuc Deuz is a concept for a portable prefabricated cabin designed for one family. The cabin is made of four modules, two forming the living space and two forming the roof. Each module has a metal case with a thermal insulation core, plywood on the inside and charred black wood on the outside. The modules are assembled on site and rest on an adjustable metal structure, so the cabin can be placed on many types of terrain. The interior holds a bedroom, a bathroom and a living area with a kitchen. Large sliding walls open the interior to daylight and the landscape.

Eth Country Villa by Alexandru Zingaliuc Eth is a single family country villa planned for a site near a river. The main building material is rammed earth, selected for its load bearing capacity, its appearance and its low environmental impact. Rammed earth also helps to regulate humidity and to keep the interior warm. Wood, metal and glass complete the design. The plan develops along a long line and is divided into two parts joined by a gallery. One part holds the main bedroom with separate access, wardrobe and bathroom. The other part holds an open living room, a dining area, a kitchen and two further bedrooms.

Archizeit Studio by Alexandru Zingaliuc Archizeit is an architecture office created through the renovation and extension of a single level house in the center of Chisinau, Moldova. The interior was reconfigured by removing some walls and adding new partitions, and a metal container was attached as an extension. The facade is covered with corten steel plates and a timber cladding screen. Wall finishes include exposed concrete, metal bar panels, river stones and brick. Large windows bring daylight inside and make the work spaces visible from the street. The building area is 107 square meters.

Nero Apartment by Alexandru Zingaliuc Nero is a residential interior design for an apartment in Chisinau, Moldova. The renovation joins two smaller apartments into one home of 260 square meters. The plan is divided into a parents area and a child area, which can be reached separately from the main entrance hall. Plasterboard was removed to expose the ceiling structure and to raise the height of the living area. Existing columns are hidden inside furniture and built structures. Walls are painted, with accent walls in ceramic or bronze metallic tiles. Ceilings and floors are finished in wood.

Miorita House by Alexandru Zingaliuc Miorita is a three storey residential building located in Chisinau. The ground level holds commercial spaces, while the two upper levels host three apartment units. An underground parking area is placed below the building. Each level has a different polygonal shape, which gives the building a stacked and rotated appearance. The facade combines dark ceramic granite tiles with bright warm timber cladding on a ventilated system. Sharp angles and cantilevered terraces create a dynamic form within the urban setting.
