Xuefei Wang is an award-winning UX and Product Designer working at the intersection of AI, intelligent systems, and human-centered interaction design. Her work explores how emerging technologies can become more understandable, accessible, and emotionally meaningful through thoughtful user experience design.

She has received international recognition across interaction, interface, and communication design, including multiple Red Dot Design Awards, an iF Design Gold Award, UX Design Awards, and A’ Design Awards. Her projects span AI-powered educational platforms, adaptive wearable technologies, intelligent healthcare and insurance systems, and experimental digital products that bridge technology with social impact.

Xuefei’s design practice combines systems thinking, behavioral insight, and visual storytelling to translate technically complex systems into experiences that feel intuitive, engaging, and human. Her work frequently addresses broader societal challenges such as education accessibility, communication, health equity, and emerging AI literacy.

Among her notable projects is Negotiabbles, an AI-supported educational platform that helps children develop negotiation and communication skills through interactive storytelling and role-play experiences. The project received international recognition for transforming complex interpersonal learning into an accessible and emotionally engaging experience for younger audiences.

Beyond commercial and product work, Xuefei is deeply interested in the future relationship between humans and intelligent systems. Her practice explores adaptive interfaces, personalized experiences, learning systems, and the evolving role of design in shaping technological behaviors. She is particularly passionate about creating products that evolve with users over time, building long-term relationships rather than static interactions.

Her work has been exhibited internationally and featured in global design showcases and museums, including exhibitions connected to the Red Dot Design Museum and NYCxDESIGN. In addition to her design practice, she has served as a jury member and reviewer for international design awards, contributing perspectives on interaction design, digital experiences, and emerging creative technologies within the global design community.

Negotiabbles Tablet App by Xuefei Wang Negotiabbles is an educational tablet application that helps children in grades K-8 practice negotiation skills. The app presents common peer situations, such as sharing a resource or resolving a disagreement, as illustrated story chapters. Children speak with artificial intelligence characters and are guided through stating needs, giving reasons, listening, and reaching agreement. Emotion bubbles above each character change in color, size, and shape to show emotional states in real time. A summary screen records the strategies used and progress across sessions.
